Copper Mountain holds a special place in Shantel and Matt’s hearts. Shantel grew up skiing at Copper and it’s where she taught Matt how to ski. She gave him some strong motivation, too. Living in Colorado, we’re constantly in awe of the breathtaking mountain scenery. And though there are some great buildings in Denver and the surrounding areas (I’m looking at you, Denver Art Museum), you just don’t get the kind of architecture that’s present in Detroit. Which is why we jumped at the chance to photograph an absolutely wonderful couple in a jaw-droppingly gorgeous building.
