Overview

Our refund policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

You can request a full refund for any reason in the first 24 hours of your purchase. Please send an email requesting the refund to mail@jlaplante.com. Requests for refunds via other methods of communication, including phone, social media messages, or text, will not be considered valid.

After the first 24 hours, you may cancel your order up to seven (7) days before your scheduled session and receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel fewer than seven (7) days before your scheduled session, you may receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

Sessions may be rescheduled, depending on our availability. Any sessions rescheduled within ten (10) days of the initially scheduled date will incur a $100 reschedule fee and may only be rescheduled once before the entire session fee is forfeited.

Once the session has be used, the session fee is non-refundable in its entirety.

All sessions must be used within one (1) year of the purchase date. Any sessions not used within this time frame will forfeit the entire session fee.

Refunds

If a refund is requested, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Discounted Sessions

If a discount was applied to your session, refunds are limited to the amount paid, minus the administrative fee.
