Chautauqua Park Wedding

Amanda and Brian’s Chautauqua Park wedding was the conclusion of a seemingly insurmountable task:  plan a wedding in two months. (I know, I know….unthinkable in today’s wedding climate!) But not only did they make it to the finish line, they did it with style. So how does one plan a wedding on such a short timeline? Simple. Decide what’s important to you and screw everything else!

Let’s take a look at what was on that list:

#1 – An awesome person to marry. These two are the perfect pair; just ask them to describe what they like about the other and it becomes evident by their tone and demeanor. They can’t help but smile and their eyes sparkle. They both have an adventurous spirit and they care deeply for their loved ones.

#2 – Friends and family who like to have a good time. The joy and laughter all day long was infectious. With good food, tasty Moscow Mules, yard game shenanigans, and impressive dance moves, this party had no choice but to be awesome.

#3 – A beautiful location. Chautauqua Park has one of the most iconic views of the Flatirons. And on a Monday, it’s wonderfully devoid of hikers.

#4 – Killer shoes. I mean, just look at those pink stilettos! And Amanda climbed over rocks on a cliff edge in those. All I have to say is, “Damn!”

And luckily, we were #5. Jesse and I had the honor of capturing all the moments of this perfectly concocted celebration. Amanda and Brian, thank you so much for trusting us to document your day and, more importantly, for willing to get soaking wet for our crazy exit plan!

Thank you, Amanda and Brian, for trusting us to shoot your kick-ass Chautauqua Park wedding! We had a wonderful time with you both and can’t wait until our paths cross again.
